Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The company acquires established service businesses and transforms them through AI. Its engineers embed directly with leadership teams and front-line employees to understand how each business operates, identify its highest-impact challenges, and build AI-native products and workflows from zero to one.

They’re now hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer who combines strong technical ability with commercial instinct.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you will:

• Work directly with users, operators, and executive teams
• Turn complex operational problems into scalable technical systems
• Influence product strategy and determine what gets built
• Own projects from initial discovery through deployment
• Build core technology that can be deployed across multiple businesses
• Have the opportunity to lead an entire industry vertical

The strongest candidates will be comfortable operating without a predefined roadmap, moving quickly through ambiguity, and communicating effectively with everyone from front-line employees to CEOs.
