Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Development
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable full-stack applications and distributed systems.
Architect and deliver cloud-based solutions that are secure, reliable, and highly available.
Guide the development of microservices and API-driven architectures that support business and operational requirements.
Drive technical decision-making, solution design, and engineering best practices across projects.
Ensure code quality through design reviews, testing strategies, and continuous integration practices.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve application performance, scalability, and developer productivity.
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead multiple software engineering projects from concept through deployment and ongoing support.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology initiatives.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and priorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Support Agile development practices, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous delivery.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor and coach software engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight across development teams.
Share knowledge of industry trends, engineering practices, and emerging technologies.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Build and maintain applications using modern cloud platforms and services.
Develop and optimize containerized applications and deployment pipelines.
Support infrastructure automation, monitoring, scalability, and operational excellence.
Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong experience designing and developing enterprise software applications.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
Experience building distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Expertise in cloud-native application development and deployment.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration technologies.
Familiarity with performance optimization, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices.
