Overview
The Senior Software Engineer, Generative AI will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions that power intelligent customer and employee experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams, this role will develop applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP, vector search, and modern orchestration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and tool integrations.
Build and optimize AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and architectures to support scalable solutions.
Develop conversational AI, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation capabilities.
Implement retrieval systems using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Contribute to AI platform observability, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.
Stay current on emerging GenAI technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience with LLMs or agentic AI systems.
Strong Python development and software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM architectures.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or pgvector.
Knowledge of agent memory, reasoning, planning, and retrieval systems.
Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and observability practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with IoT, smart home, video intelligence, or consumer technology products.
Familiarity with multimodal AI, video foundation models, and video summarization.
Experience deploying production-scale GenAI applications.
Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel.
