Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack software products for enterprise clients.
Build and maintain frontend solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Develop robust backend systems with Kotlin, Java, Spring, or similar technologies.
Design and implement APIs; work with SQL databases (MariaDB, Postgres, etc.).
Apply expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous/event-driven processing, and event streaming (Kafka).
Utilize cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerized environments for scalable solutions.
Use observability tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.) to ensure system reliability and traceability.
Integrate third-party services and build solutions with 3rd party APIs.
Leverage AI tools and agentic patterns to enhance development workflows.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on technical decisions and project delivery.
Mentor team members and contribute to best engineering practices.
Own the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment.
Ensure system observability through logs, metrics, and tracing.
Drive high-impact projects and deliver quality customer experiences.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and AI-assisted workflows.
