Job Description

You will build an AI-powered platform that empowers scientists in early clinical development to run complex data analyses without writing code. By connecting internal data sources to LLM-driven workflows, you’ll help transition scientists from manual data wrestling to automated, multi-step analytical pipelines, directly accelerating scientific discovery for Phase I and II trials.

What You Will Do

Develop FastAPI endpoints and Celery tasks to orchestrate complex data workflows and async execution across a multi-service Python codebase.

Design and manage database models using SQLAlchemy and Atlas HCL migrations while integrating data from Snowflake and PostgreSQL.

Contribute to the scientific user experience by building features in the LibreChat frontend using TypeScript and React within a modern monorepo.

The ideal candidate

Has 2–4 years of backend engineering experience with a command of Python and a track record of building scalable, multi-service systems.

Demonstrates a solid understanding of async and concurrent systems, including practical experience with task queues like Celery or parallel execution frameworks.

Possesses strong SQL fundamentals and experience navigating Docker-based environments while maintaining a robust, test-driven development culture across a diverse tech stack.
