The Role
Drive the development of AI-powered features to enhance the fan experience, collaborating closely with design and product teams.
Mentor and develop other web engineers, staying at the forefront of AI feature development and tooling.
Contribute to the evolution of the front-end tech strategy, with a specific focus on generative AI.
Ensure the company's primary platform is fast, reliable, and delightful for all users.
Work across the full stack, including Python, when necessary to deliver project goals.
Apply UI and product instincts to build inclusive and accessible web experiences.
What You'll Need
5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, having led product initiatives end-to-end.
Proven experience with user-facing AI applications is preferred.
Exceptional grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, staying updated with the latest specifications.
Familiarity with modern frameworks and client-side rendering techniques (e.g., React, Next.js).
Strong understanding of architectural principles and performance optimization techniques for dynamic web applications.
Ability to troubleshoot caching inefficiencies and distributed systems.
