Realm is recruiting for a Unicorn ($1b+ valuation) CNCF company who are building cutting-edge products in the Cloud & AI Infra space.
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Engineer to play a key role in developing a high-scale Kubernetes SaaS platform. This role requires experience with Go & Kubernetes custom resources.
In this role, you’ll:
Design and build scalable infrastructure solutions with developer empathy in mind.
Develop in Go, contributing to backend services and infrastructure automation.
Collaborate with top engineers to create seamless experiences for Kubernetes users.
Mentor and shape best practices in a rapidly growing engineering team.
Interview process: 4 stages
Compensation: Up to $210k + equity
Location: Remote (US & Canada)
We’d love to chat if you have 6+ years of experience, strong Go development skills, and expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and system design. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful open-source technology while pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes automation.
