About the Opportunity:
The SOFTWARE DEVELOPER in Professional Services for Managed Services, Cloud Services is responsible for designing, developing, and stabilizing complex technical business solutions for managed services platforms. This role contributes to delivering reliable solutions that meet customer requirements and supports integration projects, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior developers and leadership to complete integration project deliverables
Review and approve client requirements and design documents with technical and project teams
Collaborate with solution consultants and architecture teams to transition sales activities into deliverable solutions
Consult on and approve system design documents and readiness reviews
Ensure deliverables meet quality and service level objectives
Manage expectations of project managers and clients regarding technical deliverables
Represent the software team in change management processes
Promote AI-driven solutions, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives for cloud services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and collaborative abilities
Proficiency in AI tools, design, and delivery
Ability to mentor experienced technical staff
Minimum one year experience with cloud services and at least two years supporting business network customers
Over three years of experience in systems analysis, design, integration, and development
Experience with Unix/Linux and scripting languages such as Expect, Perl, and Shell is beneficial
Familiarity with open communication standards and protocols including FTP, web services/HTTPS, AS2, and SFTP; API experience is desirable but not required
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $101,000 - $151,600, depending on education, experience, skills, location, and market alignment
