Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and machine learning systems. This role will partner cross-functionally with business and technical teams to build scalable data solutions, translate complex insights, and help shape AI-driven strategy.

This is a highly visible role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on LLM-based solutions

Build and optimize data models and pipelines to support analytics and AI initiatives

Support AI development lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver data-driven solutions

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability

Act as a thought partner to the business—bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to challenges

Own problems end-to-end, from concept through execution and iteration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering); Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus, but not required

Strong experience in data science, AI, or machine learning

Hands-on experience with LLMs (required)

Proficiency in Python or R

Strong SQL skills

Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models

Experience supporting AI development and ML training workflows

Preferred Experience

Industry experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or fintech

Exposure to productionizing AI models in enterprise environments

Experience working with large-scale or complex datasets
