Job Description

You will architect and scale the infrastructure powering Gumloop's AI agent orchestration and sandboxing platforms. Working directly with the founders, you will own large-scale projects on Kubernetes and GCP, ensuring high availability and performance for customers like Gusto and Instacart. This high-ownership role is central to defining our technical roadmap.

What You Will Do

Architect and roll out large-scale infrastructure projects independently, focusing on agent orchestration and secure sandboxing environments.

Design and maintain robust Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure on GCP to ensure maximum reliability and observability across systems.

Collaborate with founders and speak directly with customers to inform the technical roadmap and prioritize scaling security and performance for enterprise users.

The ideal candidate

Proven track record of owning infrastructure at scale using Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Terraform, and Prometheus in high-growth environments.

Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to manage complex projects from initial architecture through production deployment independently.

Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-autonomy startup culture where communication with both technical founders and enterprise customers is a daily requirement.
