Junior Software Engineer

Come join us at the ground level. We are early, and the core platform is greenfield — the systems you build here are the ones the company will run on for years, and there is no legacy code standing between you and real ownership. You will do that building alongside seasoned engineering leadership that treats coaching and mentoring as part of the job, not an afterthought: direct, hands-on guidance from a lead engineer and a CTO who have shipped production systems at scale.
We care most about how you think, how fast you learn, and your ability to ship working software — prior years of professional experience are not required. As an Early-Career Software Engineer you will build and scale core features from day one, across both the backend and the user-facing interface, working directly with senior engineering leadership.
This is an AI-native engineering team. You will use modern AI-assisted development tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor — to produce and review AI-generated code that meets enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability, while building the judgment to know when the code is right.
