Integrate LLMs with tools, evals, and retrieval
Ship LLM-powered products that real people use
Apply strong engineering fundamentals to agent work
Keep up with new models, patterns, and tooling weekly
Requirements
Shipped something LLM-powered that real people used
Understand the difference between a wrapper and a system
Stay current with new models, patterns, and tooling
Possess strong engineering fundamentals
Desire to work at leading AI companies
Qualifications
Experience with production LLM integration: tool-calling, RAG, evals, observability
Strong software fundamentals in TypeScript, Python, or Go
Shipped agentic products or serious agentic side projects
Experience at a startup or high-bar engineering organization
Links to agentic work or portfolio showcasing relevant projects
