The Role
- Own and evolve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and release processes for custom machine learning chip software components.
- Design, maintain, and improve systems for producing reliable software releases for internal verification and external services.
- Develop hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure to validate software on actual silicon.
- Build observability tools, including dashboards and alerting systems, to monitor system health and performance.
- Identify and eliminate development workflow bottlenecks to accelerate team productivity.
- Solve complex problems such as bridging disconnected environments and orchestrating synchronized releases.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one of Bash, Go, C++, or Java.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CDK, Terraform).
- Familiarity with cloud services and Linux-based development environments.
- Experience building cross-environment or cross-account automation.
