The Role
- Design and implement solutions for distributed execution of a deep learning compiler.
- Develop and maintain efficient and reliable build, test, and release mechanisms for the compiler.
- Optimize the performance of complex neural network models on custom-built hardware.
- Collaborate with ML services teams to bring new products and features to market.
- Solve complex technical challenges across the software stack.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience leading the design and architecture of new and existing systems.
- Full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
