The Role
- Design and develop software systems to meet capacity and demand planning needs for a global satellite network.
- Create modern, flexible, and scalable solutions for complex optimization problems related to satellite constellation operations.
- Lead the definition of technical roadmaps and determine which software services to build.
- Utilize cloud technologies to build highly available software services.
- Ensure operational excellence and refine operational processes.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
