AI Engineer – Agentic AI & IBM watsonx Assistant, watsonx AI, or watsonx Orchestrate
Location: Coppell, TX or Alpharetta GA– Hybrid

Contract: Long-Term
The client is looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI, automation, and multi-agent solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions using modern agent orchestration frameworks and cloud AI platforms.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Hands-on experience building Agentic AI and automation solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph, including:
Graphs
Tool nodes
Memory/state management
Agent streaming
Hands-on experience with IBM watsonx Orchestrate, including skills, connectors, and process automation.
Strong experience with Google Vertex AI, including:
Gemini
RAG
Vector Search
Embeddings
AI safety
Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and Multi-Agent Systems.
Experience deploying AI solutions on Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
Experience designing scalable services, advanced reasoning workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and production deployment.
Highly Desired Experience

Experience handling unexpected agent behavior and improving AI/model performance
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
