Integrate emerging sensors and platforms into existing data pipelines. Develop pipelines and relevant data structures to incorporate new sensor source into existing data workflows.
Assess potential differences in metadata, data format, and data structure characteristics in regards to changes to databases, schemas, APIs, and other ETL related processes for the ingestion and movement of data when integrating into the existing data operations pipeline
Conduct analysis of how the emerging sensor data impacts overall customer data holdings from the perspective of Machine Learning model development, test and evaluation use- cases, and support for real-world operational use-cases
Evaluate and recommend a solution for partitioning the emerging sensor's data into training, test, and validation splits for effective Machine Learning model development and model performance evaluation
Lead the design and application of methods to identify, collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to build and enhance products, processes, and systems. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance workflows and create efficiencies in data analysis and imagery curation that results in greater productivity and efficacy of labeling efforts
Lead projects using advanced mathematical, statistical, and scientific techniques and principles to examine complex missions and operational problems and create insights from data
Build web scraping algorithms for imagery curation in accordance with customer data priorities
Integrate multiple data and intelligence sources in various formats for imagery curation to address gaps and concerns to meet customer priorities
Support data analytics, data cleansing, analyst workflow efficiencies, and transformation supporting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) capabilities
Utilize statistical and analytic methods to support answering intelligence requirements and mission objectives
Build and integrate analytic tools and algorithms for imagery curation for imagery acquisition and chipping
Build software tools to manage labeling campaigns that keep track of unlabeled and labeled data, status of labeling campaigns, and transfer label task information.
Build software tools to filter and visualize data geospatially, allow feedback entry, or allow analysis of data. Tool must integrate with existing data management platform
Conduct analysis of overall customer data holdings to support the development of performant Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to satisfy operational user requirements
Evaluate, monitor, and provide recommendations on ways to partition training, test, and validation splits for effective Machine Learning model development and model performance evaluation
