About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a healthcare technology team focused on building scalable backend services, automation solutions, data-driven applications, and AI-enabled platforms. In this role, you will develop APIs, support cloud-based applications, improve operational workflows, and build solutions that help transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights and user-friendly tools. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall user experience across healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.

Build scalable cloud-native solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Develop and optimize SQL-based data processing and analytics workflows.

Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into business applications and workflows.

Create and support automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure reliability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications.

Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practice initiatives.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SQL & Python development.

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.

Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or intelligent automation solutions.

Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
