GTM AI Engineer I Private Equity I B2B SaaS

We are currently partnering with a leading investment firm hiring a Senior GTM AI Engineer Leader to drive AI and GTM transformation across its portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.

This is a highly hands-on position within the Value Creation team, working closely with portfolio companies and their GTM leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities, build and implement solutions, and scale successful initiatives across the wider portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a senior technologist with deep expertise across AI/ML, data science, software engineering or AI transformation, combined with strong commercial and GTM understanding and the executive presence to work directly with CEOs and senior leadership teams.

Required Experience:

Proven track record as a hands-on senior AI/ML engineer, software engineer or technical AI transformation leader.

Strong technical depth and experience building and architecting modern AI solutions.

Experience applying AI to commercial/GTM functions such as sales, marketing, customer success or revenue operations.

Ability to translate business and GTM challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions.

Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with CEOs and senior executives.

Comfortable working across multiple portfolio companies and taking initiatives from concept through to implementation, adoption and rollout.

The role is highly flexible on location and is remote, but regular travel will be required, initially around 5 days per month.
