Software Engineer
Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining all supporting components related to Salesforce. Will assist the Sr. Salesforce Engineer in all development and design of Salesforce projects.
Location: St. Louis, MO (hybrid)
Duties & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with and across teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
Producing detailed process, system and functional requirements specifications
Demonstrating new features to Business Partners and Management
Provide Technical support to the developers on the Salesforce team
Subject Matter Expert for Sales Cloud and the Donations Platform
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
Qualifications include:
Specialized Knowledge -
Working on getting Salesforce accredited in various capabilities
Abilities –
Work on multiple concurrent projects with convergent deadlines
Communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals
Creating and executing SQL statements and possessing a working knowledge of relational databases
Proficient with Microsoft products – Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience
6+ years of Salesforce Experience
6+ years working in an IT support role
6+ years leading Agile Sprint teams and proficiency in JIRA tool
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
Excellent communication skills
Self-Motivated – ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
Occasional trips into St. Louis Office

While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk hear & use hands and fingers to operate keyboards

Competitive Pay $86,033 - $103,239 annually
The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and geographical location. Individual compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
