Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered products and features for both users and businesses
- Develop agent-driven applications, workflows, APIs, and user experiences
- Work across the stack (backend or full-stack) to bring AI products from idea to production
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to solve real user problems
- Experiment with the latest LLMs, AI agents, and developer tools to improve product capabilities
- Continuously iterate on product quality using user feedback and data
Qualification
Required
- 1–5 years of software engineering experience
- Experience building AI-powered products, applications, or features using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or similar technologies
- Expertise in either backend or full-stack development
- Strong ownership and ability to drive projects from idea to production
- Interest in building AI products for real users rather than focusing purely on research or infrastructure
Preferred
- Startup experience, or a strong passion for startup environments and rapid growth
- Hands-on experience building AI products used by real users
- Experience with modern AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, or similar
- Product-minded and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
