Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI Platform
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our next-generation Agentic AI Platform. The role focuses on LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, and MCP, with strong software engineering expertise in Golang, Python and Java.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI platform components using Golang, Python, and Java/Spring Boot.
Build LLM-powered agents supporting reasoning, planning, tool use, decision-making, and multi-step workflows.
Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, context management, and agent memory.
Design multi-agent architectures and integrate MCP with enterprise tools and systems.
Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, internal platforms, and third-party services.
Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, latency, cost, and quality.
Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and Python; experience with Java/Spring Boot is preferred.
Strong experience building scalable, production-grade applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and software design principles.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and MCP.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
Experience with AWS
Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, version control, and production engineering.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
