Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Applied AI
Location: Remote | PST working hours | Up to 50% travel
We are looking for a Senior AI/Agent Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Must-have: Python + GCP + Conversational AI/Dialogflow CX + production AI systems + enterprise integration + Terraform/cloud deployment.
Strong advantage: Multi-agent/MCP + RAG + evaluation/observability + CCAI/CES + telecom architecture + customer-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents, conversational AI, and multi-agent systems.
Develop solutions using Google Cloud, Gemini, Dialogflow CX, CCAI, CES, and Agent Assist.
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, legacy systems, and enterprise platforms.
Build RAG, tool-calling, MCP, evaluation, monitoring, and observability pipelines.
Deploy infrastructure using Terraform and cloud-native technologies.
Debug and optimize agent workflows, latency, tool selection, and production issues.
Work directly with customers and lead technical delivery from prototype to production.
Create reusable AI components and best practices for future deployments.
Required Skills
12+ years software development, preferably Python.
Strong experience with GCP / cloud architecture.
Hands-on Conversational AI / Dialogflow CX / Gemini experience.
Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with Terraform, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and production systems.
Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Multi-agent frameworks such as ReAct / self-reflection.
MCP servers and advanced tool calling.
Enterprise knowledge bases and RAG optimization.
CCAI, CES, Agent Assist, CCaaS experience.
Telecom/API architecture experience.
Ability to work independently in high-impact customer environments
