Senior Software Engineer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $120,000–$180,000 + Benefits
Location: Onsite – Austin, Texas

Role Overview: The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing and scaling the platform’s core systems. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to leadership and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to product direction, technical standards, and team culture.
Location: Candidates should be based in Austin, TX, as the product and leadership teams operate locally in an in-office model.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable backend systems and user-facing products
Contribute to evolving system architecture with a focus on performance and reliability
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical work aligns with business needs
Promote engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation
Ideal Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Strong backend experience, ideally with Ruby or similar languages
Familiarity with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus
Experience with infrastructure tools like AWS and Terraform is a bonus
