Develop predictive and statistical models to better understand demand, customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, revenue opportunities, and other business outcomes.

Design and develop scalable analytical datasets, data models, and structures that make data easier and faster to use.

Work hands-on with large and complex datasets to identify trends, relationships, data quality issues, and actionable opportunities.

Explore, develop, and scale AI-enabled analytical workflows, including critically evaluating and validating AI-generated outputs.

Clearly communicate technical concepts, assumptions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently explore, transform, validate, and analyze complex datasets.

Experience with Python or another programming language commonly used for data science and analytics.

Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, forecasting, experimentation, optimization, analytical data modeling, and/or data architecture.

Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and analytical development workflows.

Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms and how analytical solutions ultimately reach business users.

Practical familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted development or analytical tools, including an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
