We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end AI initiatives, leveraging machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI techniques to deliver scalable, production-ready applications. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define success metrics, evaluate model performance, and transform AI concepts into high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions using LLMs, deep learning, agentic AI, and advanced statistical techniques.

Independently define, scope, and solve business problems through data-driven AI approaches.

Establish evaluation frameworks, conduct experimentation, benchmark models, and analyze performance to drive informed technical decisions.

Build prototypes rapidly and evolve validated concepts into enterprise-grade applications, intelligent systems, automated workflows, and decision-support tools.

Apply best practices in AI engineering, responsible AI, software development, and deployment processes.

Communicate technical insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Contribute to technical standards, documentation, knowledge sharing, and team development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science with demonstrated success delivering scalable AI solutions.

Strong expertise in:

Machine learning, statistics, natural language processing, and large language models.

Generative AI, agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation methodologies.

Designing, building, and deploying production AI applications and APIs.

Python programming with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks, agent-based systems, cloud AI platforms, and emerging AI communication protocols.

Knowledge of classical machine learning, optimization techniques, causal inference, Bayesian methods, and other advanced analytical approaches.

Proficiency in SQL, database design, vector databases, semantic search technologies, and cloud-native data ecosystems.

Advanced degree or equivalent expertise demonstrated through industry projects, research, publications, or open-source contributions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
