Roles and Responsibilities
10+ years in Software Development(Strong in C, C++, Linux/Unix, Shell scripting), Design, and Technical Leadership
Experience in Payments Domain and ISO 8583 message processing.
Knowledge of transaction switching, authorization, clearing, and settlement systems.
Payment network experience (Visa, Mastercard, or Banking platforms).
Transaction processing and financial systems knowledge.
Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design scalable, high-performance, and secure application solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Analyze complex production issues and provide timely resolution.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and support team skill development.
Coordinate release planning, implementation activities, and post-deployment validation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
