SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
10+ years of experience in Data Science, advanced analytics, or related fields
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Julia with hands-on experience in data analysis
Expert knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar data visualization tools
Strong experience with deep learning, neural networks, ensemble methods, and machine learning algorithm development
Advanced SQL and database experience, including working with large and complex datasets
Secondary (Good to Have):
Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark
Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and enterprise data integration
Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production environments
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, data privacy, ethics, and compliance
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that support data-driven business decisions.
The role will serve as a technical and strategic data science resource responsible for complex data analysis, predictive modeling, feature engineering, machine learning algorithm development, model deployment, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze complex datasets and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable business insights
Develop, optimize, and deploy predictive models using machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and ensemble methods
Lead feature engineering and feature selection efforts to improve model performance and predictive capabilities
Design and conduct hypothesis testing, statistical validation, experimentation, and A/B testing to evaluate data science solutions
Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to integrate data from multiple sources, data lakes, and data warehouses
Develop data visualizations and analytical reports using Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar tools to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Oversee production deployment and monitoring of machine learning models while ensuring data privacy, ethics, and compliance requirements are followed
