About this role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join a high-velocity engineering team building the platform that is remaking how healthcare providers get paid. You'll own large surface areas of product and infrastructure end-to-end – designing, shipping, and scaling complex services that directly eliminate manual work in a $280B broken industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at fast-growing startups, has strong CS fundamentals, and can write production code without leaning on AI tools. You should bring a track record of upward trajectory, deep technical problem-solving, and comfort working across the full stack.
What you will be doing
Designing, building, and maintaining complex services and platform features across the full stack – Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and GCP
Owning features end-to-end, from architecture and design through deployment and production reliability
Identifying and leading scalability and infrastructure improvements as the platform grows rapidly with enterprise customers
Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions
Contributing to engineering culture and helping raise the bar – participating in live coding interviews, mentoring teammates, and shaping how the team builds
What we're looking for
8+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful time shipping production LLM‑powered or agentic features
Fluency with tool calling, prompt engineering, and agent loops — you’ve built systems where the LLM is a first‑class component
Full‑stack comfort — able to move between backend orchestration, tool design, and conversational UI without friction
Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills
High ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and a bias toward action
The salary for this position is between $195-250k per year.
