yWe're hiring an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of highly scalable enterprise applications while driving the adoption of modern AI technologies across engineering teams. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex architectural challenges, mentoring engineers, and influencing technology strategy

.What You'll D

oLead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale full-stack applications

.Design scalable backend services, APIs, and modern web applications

.Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including intelligent automation, AI copilots, and LLM-based workflows

.Drive engineering best practices for architecture, code quality, testing, security, and deployment

.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions

.Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and system resilience

.Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects

.Evaluate and introduce modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI engineering tools

.Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies and applying them where they create business value

.Required Qualification

sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline

.12+ years of professional software engineering experience

.Strong expertise building enterprise applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Next.js

.Backend development experience with technologies such as C#, Node.js, Java, or similar object-oriented languages

.Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable application architecture

.Experience working with public cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

.Hands-on experience developing or integrating Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous AI workflows

.Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and modern software delivery methodologies

.Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams

.Preferred Experienc

eMulti-agent AI architectures and orchestration frameworks

.Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations

.Event-driven systems and real-time streaming technologies

.Docker and Kubernetes

.Experience supporting enterprise platforms within commercial real estate, financial services, or other large-scale business environments
