Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React 18.
Build modern front-end applications using React and JavaScript.
Develop robust backend services, microservices, and REST APIs.
Contribute to a greenfield platform consolidating multiple existing applications.
Work with SQL Server and relational databases.
Participate in architecture, technical design, coding, testing, and production implementation.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Follow secure software development practices and enterprise security standards.
Troubleshoot application performance and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for scalability, quality, and maintainability.
Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
7–10 years of strong hands-on Java enterprise development experience.
Strong experience with React, preferably React 18.
Strong JavaScript development skills.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Strong understanding of OOP, software engineering principles, and application architecture.
Experience with SQL Server / relational databases.
Strong testing, debugging, deployment, and production support experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive delivery timelines.
Preferred
GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development experience.
Agent-mode AI development environments.
Greenfield application development or legacy modernization.
Enterprise-scale applications and APIs.
Financial services or highly regulated environments.
Cloud storage experience, particularly Amazon S3.
