About the role
We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team building next-generation platforms for Physical AI, Edge Computing, Trusted Environments, and mission-critical applications.
📍 Location: McLean, VA – Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite
💼 Duration: 6-month contract
🇺🇸 Work Authorization: US Citizen required
🔑 Must-Have Skills
2+ years of hands-on Go/Golang experience – REQUIRED
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with AWS/cloud environments
Microservices, distributed systems, or serverless architecture
RESTful APIs and backend development
SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
Authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices
Experience using Generative AI tools for development, automation, or code review

Automated testing
Canary/progressive deployments
Observability, monitoring, and fault-tolerant systems
Experience building new applications/products from the ground up
Strong communication and architecture/design skills
