Senior AI Engineer
NYC, NY- Remote
Full- Time
We’re looking for a mid-to-senior AI Engineer to build highly technical, production-grade AI systems for quantitative workflows. The ideal candidate has deep experience developing agentic AI applications, including autonomous planning and reasoning, tool use/function calling, multi-agent orchestration, persistent memory, retrieval, workflow execution, agent evaluation, observability, and guardrails.
Must-haves
Strong hands-on experience buildingAI agents / agentic systemsin production
Deep technical expertise across LLM application architecture, orchestration frameworks, APIs, MCPs, RAG, tool integration, evaluation, and LLM Ops
Strong Python/SQL skills and ability to design robust, scalable systems.
Experience working on technically complex quantitative use cases
Experience in financial services, quantitative investing, markets, or trading
Experience with Docker and Git
Responsibilities
