đź’µ Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 (location-dependent)
🌍 Location: Remote (must reside permanently in TX, CA, MA, NY, IL, DC, or FL)
Are you a senior Lead Software Engineer with deep Azure cloud architecture expertise who enjoys designing scalable, modern systems and leading from the front?
We are supporting a top-tier global law firm in hiring two Lead Software Engineers to join their national IT, Data, and AI function. This is a high-impact role for engineers who combine strong technical depth with clear, structured thinking and the ability to explain design decisions confidently.
What do you need?
This role has strict requirements — candidates must meet all criteria below:
10–15 years of professional experience
Current Lead Software Engineer (or equivalent) title
Expert-level Azure experience with real, hands-on cloud architecture work
Strong expertise in .NET / C# and React
Proven system design experience for cloud-based applications
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Hands-on work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases
Eligible to work without sponsorship
Based in a state where the firm has an office (TX, CA, MA, NY, IL, DC, FL)
Azure expertise is critical
This role requires more than surface-level cloud exposure. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Recent, hands-on Azure development and architecture experience
Experience designing and building Azure-native applications
Strong understanding of cloud trade-offs and architectural decision-making
