Artificial Intelligence Engineer
About the role
Build the Next Generation of AI-Powered Business Solutions
Hybrid | Boston Area | Strong Compensation (Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing)
Some AI roles focus on research.
Others focus on building.
This opportunity is for builders.
Our client is investing heavily in artificial intelligence and is seeking an exceptional early-career engineer to help transform how a global organization leverages AI to drive decision-making, productivity, and business performance.
You'll work directly with business leaders, engineers, data professionals, and product teams to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value, then help bring those solutions to life. From intelligent workflow automation and AI copilots to agent-based systems and advanced decision-support tools, you'll have the opportunity to apply emerging technologies to meaningful business challenges.
For ambitious engineers with 3-5 years of experience, this role offers something increasingly rare: the chance to work on real AI initiatives that move beyond experimentation and deliver impact at enterprise scale.
