Job Title: Junior Software Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)

We are seeking motivated and aspiring Software Engineers to join our growing consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about software development, technology, and building scalable software solutions. Candidates should have a strong programming foundation and a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications.

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following software development best practices.

Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and software components.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development standards.

Work with databases and write SQL queries to support application functionality.

Utilize Git or other version control systems for source code management.

Assist in deploying and maintaining applications across development, testing, and production environments.

Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and other development activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

1–4 years of professional experience in software development, programming, or a related technical role.

Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: **Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Kotlin, or similar programming languages**.

Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software development fundamentals.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture.

Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is preferred.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different client environments and project requirements.

Willingness to relocate to **Atlanta, GA** for the paid training program and travel or relocate as required for client engagements across the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship, academic, or personal projects involving software development or programming.

Familiarity with software development frameworks such as **Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Django, Flask**, or similar technologies.

Basic understanding of cloud computing and DevOps concepts.

Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated software testing.

Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based operating systems.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience working with APIs, microservices, or distributed systems is a plus.
