Software Engineer (.NET / Java / AWS)
Hybrid in Albuquerque, NM – 3 days onsite per week
3+ Month Contract
Rate: $40/Hour on 1099
Only US Citizen
Must-Haves:
Strong .NET / C# development experience
Proficiency in Java
REST APIs / web services
GitHub or similar source control experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to work onsite in Albuquerque 3 days per week
Must be able to pass the client’s background, credit, and drug screening
Big Plus:
AWS experience
Financial services, banking, or credit union experience
Enterprise integrations / modern application architecture
Sunward is growing aggressively and investing heavily in technology modernization and custom software development. This consultant will provide surge development capacity for a minimum of three months, with a very good chance the opportunity could eventually convert to a permanent role.
The team is currently doing significant custom development within their Keystone core banking platform, including work around a digital notebook embedded within Keystone. They are also doing a lot with GitHub, APIs, integrations, and future AWS-focused development.
The consultant will help with custom application development, integrations, testing, debugging, deployment, and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide surge development capacity for custom application development
- Integrate and test applications
- Debug and deploy applications
- Support modernization initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong .NET / C# development experience
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with REST APIs and web services
- Familiarity with GitHub or similar source control
