About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a direct-hire position designed for a professional with extensive experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision technologies. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in AI, ML, CV, or DL is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of algorithms, software design, and programming. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or equivalent is essential. Candidates should have a solid grasp of AI concepts, including machine learning frameworks, computer vision techniques, and deep learning architectures. Experience with edge computing, IoT, and familiarity with AI frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Caffe is highly desirable. The role demands a proactive, innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior AI Engineer will take ownership of the end-to-end architecture of complex systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions. This includes applying deep knowledge of Family of Systems (FOS) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of AI components within larger systems. The engineer will practice agile development methodologies, emphasizing continuous integration and iterative improvements. Responsibilities also include enhancing the technical capabilities of the engineering team through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. The role requires staying abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, applying best practices, and contributing to innovative project solutions that meet both technical and operational requirements.
