What we’re looking for:
- Real experience with LLM APIs and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Strong Python and comfort building APIs/services
- Hands-on RAG: embeddings, chunking, retrieval quality, grounding
- Instinct for evals, latency/cost tradeoffs, and failure modes
Even better if you’ve:
- Fine-tuned models or done preference optimization
- Worked with agent frameworks and orchestration
- Partnered with product on AI UX

- Build and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications focusing on prompt design, RAG, and tool-calling agents.
