Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,

US: $262000 - $364000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver compelling new features for Gemini's applications efficiently,
prioritizing both performance and seamless user experiences.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, product, modeling
specialists) to translate user needs into intuitive, valuable app features
within the Gemini ecosystem.
- Design and implement app functionality that is easy to scale. Enforce
development best practices and optimization in the day to day work.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and
timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
