3+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or DevSecOps
Strong experience with Starburst Enterprise/Trino/Presto
Strong experience with advanced Linux scripting and proficiency in a language. Preferred Redhat 8 Administration and Ansible
Experience with Iceberg, Hive, or similar table formats
Solid understanding of distributed query engines and data architectures
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc)
Hands on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or similar IaC tools
Proficiency in at least on programming language (Python, or similar)
Experience implementing data security, access controls and governance at scale
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Responsibilities
- Work with Data Engineering and DevSecOps
- Utilize Starburst Enterprise/Trino/Presto
- Implement advanced Linux scripting
