The Role
Design and build an enterprise-wide AI Agentic System from the ground up, serving as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert on AI.
Own and coordinate AI Agentic projects, collaborating with VP-level stakeholders across various departments.
Mentor and guide software and data engineers in building, optimizing, and deploying AI agents and pipelines.
Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, incorporating multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, and workflow orchestration.
Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vast amounts of enterprise documents.
Transition AI solutions from prototype to reliable, governed production systems, integrating deeply within the Microsoft ecosystem.
What You'll Need
2+ years of foundational software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python.
2+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying at least one Applied AI Agentic System into production.
Hands-on experience with at least one applied AI framework/ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Fabric/Azure OpenAI, MS AutoGen, LangChain).
Highly articulate, business-facing presence with proven experience presenting to and working with executive/VP-level stakeholders.
Ability to establish architectural standards for agentic orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines and production LLMOps monitoring is a plus.
