AI Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions supporting automotive R&D initiatives. The role involves owning end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on production-grade AI for vehicle development, simulation, manufacturing quality, and digital twins. Responsibilities include designing AI surrogate models using Graph Convolutional Neural Networks, deploying scalable cloud-based AI systems on AWS/Azure, and implementing MLOps best practices such as versioning, drift detection, and CI/CD. The candidate will mentor engineers, establish design standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in CAE, CAD, manufacturing, and data platforms. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields, 8+ years of AI/ML experience, proficiency in Python, deep expertise in ML frameworks, and experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms. Preferred skills include experience with graph neural networks, CAE/physics-informed ML, and automotive design knowledge.
