- Solid Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Models that left the notebook and run in prod
- Care about evaluation, monitoring, and data quality
- Comfortable with product, data, and platform partners in enterprise settings
Bonus if you’ve:
- Done LLM fine-tuning, RAG, or vector search
- Used SageMaker, Vertex, or Azure ML
- Supported a CoE or shared AI platform
