The Role
Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack software solutions for scalable SaaS and enterprise applications.
Contribute to application design and technical approaches, balancing user experience, API design, data modeling, performance, and maintainability.
Implement responsive frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, and data interactions to support reliable business workflows.
Mentor and coach team members on software engineering principles, full-stack design patterns, API development, and cloud-native practices.
Drive clarity and alignment within delivery efforts by engaging with project, product, and engineering teams to refine features and technical approaches.
Contribute to a collaborative and agile team culture, emphasizing iterative delivery, code quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications.
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, API development, and SQL in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to contribute to application design and deliver maintainable software solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments with feature refinement, estimation, and iterative delivery.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
