About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support strategic business decisions by partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data relationships and develop core data science models. Your expertise will enable the creation of actionable insights, the development of scalable data pipelines, and the delivery of decision-ready outputs that integrate seamlessly into operational workflows. Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ year of experience in data science, applied analytics, or related fields

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, or similar

Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python and/or R for data preparation, modeling, and pipeline development

Working knowledge of common modeling techniques including regression, classification, decision trees, clustering, and causal inference

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex methodologies and insights

Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Extract, shape, and validate data using SQL and other frameworks to create analytically-ready datasets supporting measurement and decision-making processes

Develop and enhance data science models and pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency within shared codebases

Build and improve data pipelines for model training, deployment, and outputs

Communicate insights effectively by designing dashboards, visualizations, and reports to monitor model performance and validate results

Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across various departments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business workflows

Support ongoing model measurement and monitoring efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability
