What Impact You'll Have

GRVTY is seeking experienced Software Engineers with backend Java experience building scalable REST APIs and services in Linux/Unix environments.

What You Must Have

7+ years of backend Java development (14+ years overall)

Strong Java/JVM, REST APIs, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, relational database, Git, and Linux/Unix skills

Agile team experience, including code reviews, debugging, problem solving, and technical collaboration

Backend architecture, distributed systems, API design, CI/CD, automated testing, TDD, NoSQL, or frontend exposure

DevOps experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or scripting

Experience supporting fast-paced, complex client solutions and interest in long-term growth

Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications. The pay range for this position is: $179,000.00 - $209,000.00
