  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,

experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI

to automate and enhance trust and safety operations, enabling teams to scale

their user protection impact efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments,

improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful

problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and

AI.

  • Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers.
