About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with designing and implementing large-scale distributed
systems.
- 3 years of experience architecting distributed systems, infrastructure or
agentic systems.
- Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience with abuse detection.
- 3 years of experience with AI algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex
issues.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI
to automate and enhance trust and safety operations, enabling teams to scale
their user protection impact efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments,
improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful
problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and
AI.
- Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers.
