About the role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
• 1 year of experience with applied machine learning.
• Experience architecting and developing distributed systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with core GenAI concepts (e.g., LLM, multi-modal, large vision

models).

• Experience in concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

company.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,

experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions for Google's enterprise functions

leveraging enterprise AI best practices and foundational building blocks.

• Collaborate with ML engineers and leads on developing reusable enterprise AI

primitives.

• Drive innovation in AI and agentic solutions that help transform Google's

business functions.

• Partner with PM/UX in defining product roadmap and new feature scope.
• Lead by example and be direct.
