About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products,
and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 2 years of experience with Backend, artificial intelligence, Generative AI
Agent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Product Manager (PM) and UX to navigate rapidly evolving
requirements translating ambiguous product goals into concrete, well-scoped
engineering plans
- Own end-to-end delivery of new capabilities, and infrastructure improvements.
- Make high volume and high quality code and design contributions.
- Provide technical leadership, and raise the technical bar across the team.
- Collaborate closely with other Flow engineering teams across model and media
serving, web frontend, mobile, etc.
Responsibilities
